Ephemeral D1 Storage

Messages are stored in high-speed SQLite on the edge, with scheduled background expiration for strict privacy.

Returns: Array<EmailPreview>

Fetches up to 50 of the latest received messages for a specific email address.

GET/api/emails/:id
Returns: EmailDetail

Retrieves the full email content including raw HTML body, plain text fallback, and parsed attachment metadata.
